EWE needed a reliable bulky last-mile partner across QLD and NSW for the retailer's bulky category. Existing carriers couldn't meet the retailer's first-delivery-success requirements or deliver the flexibility in fleet that the retailer's volume swings demand.
A fleet mix of 1T–2T vans servicing Brisbane Metro 7 days per week, scaling up to 10 vehicles daily. Unique to PicUp, our DTC–B2B–B2B2C network enables the fleet to flex as the retailer's volume swings necessitate — surging when needed, pulling back when not.
