How much does a removalist cost in Sydney?
Most Sydney removalists charge hourly, typically with a two-hour minimum, a callout fee and travel time billed both ways, which is why the final invoice rarely matches the quote. Can you move me out of a Sydney apartment with no lift?
Yes. Walk-ups are routine for us. Tell us the floor and stair count when you book so it’s priced correctly from the start. For lift buildings, check whether your strata requires a lift booking or certificate of currency, most inner-city buildings do, and it’s the single most common cause of a delayed Sydney move. We can supply insurance documentation for strata on request.
Do you offer same-day moving or delivery in Sydney?
Same-day service is available in our current Sydney coverage zone when a driver’s nearby. Select “ASAP” at booking and you’ll see live availability. For guaranteed slots, especially end of month and weekends, book one to two weeks ahead.
What can’t you take?
No single item over 150kg, nothing larger than 3m in any dimension, and no hazardous goods: asbestos, chemicals, paint, batteries, flammables, tyres. We also don’t move pianos, pool tables or marble.
